Powder painting

JSC "Švytėjimas" carries out powder coating works for various metal products.

During the painting process, the product is treated either chemically or mechanically and coated with powder paints which polymerizes in the furnace. In such a way the painted product is being protected from heat, cold, scratching, corrosion, bleaching and other environmental conditions.

The powder coated surface becomes extremely durable and resistant to impact, the paint retains its elasticity even after surface deformation and is resistant to wear and other environmental phenomena.

Painting of  the products is possible in both: different textures (matt, glossy, rolled), and in different colors according to the RAL palette.
